Unfortunately, as a small independent store, I cannot offer refunds (which means no money back, no product exchanges or discounts for damaged mail or losses).

Accepting Paypal only because it's international, safe and easy to use! (Win, win)
Shipping
Things are shipped every Friday (unless there's an emergency, I'm happy to help - just drop me an email). The UK's post office takes around 6 to 8 working days to deliver the package to its country of destination. It may take longer for countries in Asia or South America!
PLEASE take this into consideration if you're planning presents with a deadline!
Commissions
If you're looking for something a bit more special- I do pet portraits (the fluffier the better) and personalised maps (with your favourite spots and tiny mini yous in the setting of your choice).
